Planners Collaborative lead a series of community workshops to discuss town values, shared goals, and key current issues affecting growth and change.

The outcome included an overall vision for the future of the town's economy, growth, physical appearance, governance, sense of community, and environment. A detailed action plan covered regulatory, fiscal, and economic changes to achieve the vision.
