The landscape design for the Southbridge Office and Conference Center included an open-air courtyard linking the conference center with the hotel. The ground-floor public spaces have access to a pedestrian dining terrace that adjoins a grassy meadow south of the complex.

The Collaborative staff, while with a previous firm affiliation, oversaw the installation of new pavers, lighted bollards, seating and signage at the site.
