Residents of Lawrence, MA, envisioned a clean and vibrant park along the Spicket River in place of the existing vacant brownfield.

After a clean up and capping of the contaminated site, an exciting new park followed. The new design, completed by a Collaborative staff member while with a previous firm affiliation, includes a children’s playground, open space for neighborhood gatherings, a community garden, and basketball courts.
